We are looking for someone to fill a 3-month temporary position as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Contract Management. In this role , you will assist us with the digitization and processing of HR-related documents. You will ensure that existing documents are complete, clearly categorized, easily readable, and correctly stored in our digital archive. You will also contribute to quality assurance for our digital contract portfolio, always handling sensitive HR and company data with care and confidentiality.This position is ideal if you studying right now beacuse, you can set your own schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

Reviewing and sorting existing contract documents.
Checking documents for completeness and unambiguous assignability.
Identifying missing, incomplete, or documents that cannot be clearly assigned.
Scanning and, if necessary, merging multi-page contract documents.
Ensuring the digitized documents are legible and complete.
Structured digital filing of contract documents in the designated systems or folder structures.
Reviewing contract documents that have already been digitized and filed.
Reconciling existing physical documents with the digital contract inventory.
Handling contract and company documents confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Your profile

· Initial professional experience in HR administration
· A very meticulous, structured, and reliable approach to work
· A strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential documents and data
· Good organizational skills
· Proficiency with computers, file systems, and common Office applications
· Ability to work independently after appropriate training
· Good written and spoken German skills
