Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you translate client requests into technical specifications. Based on these specifications, you create overviews, reports, and/or dashboards for end users and/or managers to meet their needs. In addition, you automate work processes using SQL queries. You ask probing questions, think along with the client, identify the actual information needs, and ensure that the right (management) information can be extracted from myneva. You are responsible for delivering robust technical solutions from myneva.  
 Clients rely on you because of your subject matter expertise, sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt quickly. You know how to understand client needs so that you can translate them into the myneva software. You advise, guide, and support clients in setting up our Electronic Client File (ECD). 
  
 You work independently with the client or in a project team with other consultants and/or specialists. You are innovative and solution-oriented. You do all of this effortlessly thanks to your commitment, curiosity, and natural talent for setting the right priorities. 

You are: 
  A technical specialist who can translate client issues into technical solutions.

• An expert in SQL with at least 1 year of work experience (this is a requirement) and demonstrable experience in translating complex issues into working queries
• A knowledge partner for our clients, proactively advising them on their needs in relation to their work processes, both at the management information level and at the end-user level. 
• A sparring partner for your fellow consultants, able to empathize with their work processes and needs and proactively advise them 
• Independent, professional, driven, results-oriented, communicative, and flexible.

In addition, you have: 
  A completed relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Must-have: excellent knowledge of and expertise with the SQL database.
• Experience with reporting tools, HTML, and programming knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience supporting or executing IT implementations is a plus
• Affinity with and knowledge of the ECD market is a plus
• Experience with and knowledge of MyDBR is a plus.
