Your mission

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for consulting and technical implementation, setup, and configuration of client projects/orders in the area of billing and administration for care organizations. You will also provide occasional technical support in the background for support cases. This may involve tasks such as interfaces or system updates, as well as client-specific reports or database configurations.

What You Will Do:

Preparation, installation, and configuration of the proprietary SQL-based solution in direct connection with ELGA
Independent execution of customer orders and technical tasks from customer projects
Development of solutions, system architectures, and migration options for clients
Setup of interfaces, execution of updates, implementation of configurations and customizations in customer solutions or databases
Testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting during customer projects as well as background support
Contribution to the continuous improvement of workflows, standards, software solutions, and tools
Programming of customer-specific logic in C# as part of software customization
Setup and operation of installations using Docker in Linux-based environments
Technical implementation and customization of accounting-related requirements

Your profile

A completed IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) is an advantage
Experience in system administration, database administration, or software development
Proven knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and MSSQL database systems
Experience in networking, operating systems, and applications
Your exceptional coordination skills ensure successful project leadership and completion
Willingness to learn new things, with a pragmatic, structured, and organized working style
A team player with good German and English language skills
Knowledge of billing processes in healthcare organizations and/or familiarity with ELGA is a strong plus
Basic experience with Linux terminal commands and system tools
Confident use of C# within existing software architectures for customer-specific enhancements
Understanding of accounting processes, especially in the context of IT-supported billing, is an advantage
Experience with XML and XSLT transformations
